On the day you will be introduced to the tools in the workshop 

and I will familiarize you with safe workshop practice.

 

We will chat about the type of band you wish to make - halo, flat or D-shaped bands.

You will make your wedding ring using traditional hand forging techniques. 

​

The class will be a private class for two only, and I will guide you through the process of making your wedding bands.

The process will start from melting silver bullion to forging, forming, soldering, and then polishing your pieces.

​

The rings will be made in silver in a 4 hour class in my studio in Noordhoek.

 

We are based on a beautiful small holding with horses and great views!

​

After the rings are completed, you have the option of having these rings cast in gold, white gold or platinum at an additional cost.

​

Classes per private couple are R3800.00 plus any silver material used on the day.

​

There will be a light lunch & celebratory drinks provided.
